Are all of your products and ingredients organic?
All of our products are all natural. Our ingredients are organic where possible, which include shea butter, coconut oil, argan oil, evening primrose oil, jojoba oil, and rosehip oil.
Do you use fragrances in your products?
Heck no! We do have flavour oils in some of our lip and tintbalms which are made from all-natural flavour constituents. Otherwise, everything is made with 100% therapeutic-grade essential oils. We do have an unscented / unflavoured options for lip balm, lotion and deodorant if you’re hypersensitive to scent or essential oils and want something completely naked.
I’m vegan / vegetarian: which of your products can I use?
Click here to see the vegan product category! Otherwise, everything Naked Kitty makes is vegetarian. Our beeswax is locally sourced from a local beekeeper in Regina, and the honey used in our Supernatural Moisturizer is unpasteurized white honey produced by a Saskatchewan farmer.

My deodorant is crumbling or has melted out of shape, how do I fix this?
Pop your deodorant in the microwave for 10-second intervals (no more than one 10 second interval if it’s the Travel-Sized version). If you don't have a microwave, run your tap hot, fill up a bowl and hold your deodorant upright in the bowl. Things should work smoothly again after you’ve let it set, best if you let it sit somewhere cool overnight. Don’t worry if your deodorant looks marbled: this is how the ingredients set in the tube. Are the Little Ondine polishes just for children?
They're for everyone and are vegan! The polishes are everything free and are made of water, purified resin and pigment. Don't worry, they aren't anything like the Tinkerbell polishes you had as a kid; these are the awesome, safe, grown-up version. They're odorless, peel-off, and quite versatile. I have allergies: what can or can’t I purchase?
Please look at the ingredients listed on each item page. At this time, we don’t list individual essential oils contained in products on individual product labels. If you have allergies that are not listed, please send us a message and we can assist you. We try to keep our products as allergen-friendly as possible: we do not use gluten, dairy, soy or nut oils (aside from shea butter, coconut oil, and argan oil). Some individuals may be allergic to citrus and/or beeswax, which are contained in several of our products.
Where can I purchase your products? Do you have a store?
Check out the Where to Buy page! At this time, we do not have a storefront, however, you can purchase items worldwide from our online shop, or pick up your order for free at Happy Hi Coffee if you live in Regina, SK, and surrounding areas (or happen to be in Regina!).
Where can I pick up my online order?
As of June 1, 2018, you can pick up online orders at Happy Hi Coffee on 1603 Victoria Ave (nested inside of T+A Vinyl, two doors East of Italian Star Deli). We'll be dropping off orders placed online at Happy High Tuesdays (cut off for order drop-offs is Tuesday at 1 pm, so if you ordered at 7 pm on Monday night, you can pick up your order the next day in the afternoon).
Sadly, we aren't accommodating last-minute order pick-ups for the time being.
We’ll send you a message after we've dropped off your order, and highly recommend grabbing a delicious coffee from Lindsay and Ryan while you're there. You can also browse T+A Vinyl and Fashion for some great vintage clothes and records.

Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM
How soon will I receive my package?
We make post office runs on Tuesdays, so we highly recommend ordering between Friday and Monday so we can pack and ship orders. Canadian shipping will get a tracking number, and the package usually makes it to them the Friday or the following Monday.
At this time, international parcels do not receive tracking numbers.

Do you make custom orders?
At this time, we do not take custom orders. We've provided as much variety in our product line as we can, but if you're not sure what to purchase or what something in particular smells like, check out our market dates so you can swing by to smell and touch testers! If you're unable to make it to a market, please email us at email@example.com to set up a shopping appointment.
